LADIES PICNIC AT WESTFIELD
The Westfield women's association is inviting the women to a picnic that will be held on Tues., July 17th at 12:00 noon in the Westfield pavilion. Bring a lawn chair. Everything else is provided. "At the Museum" is the theme for the program. J.V. Lamb will speak on the Mt. Jackson museum committee project. Bring a friend and enjoy the fellowship.

IMPORTANT EVENTS OF JUNE 3 TAKE NOTICE
On Sunday, June 3, 2012, Sunday School will begin at 9:30 am. Bethel will join together for a joint worship service at 11 am. Explanation of balloting procedures will begin immediately following worship with the meeting scheduled to begin at 12:30 pm. Session has called a congregational meeting for Sunday, June 3, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. following Morning Worship in the church sanctuary. The purpose of the meeting will be to vote by paper ballot on the question per Session's recommendation: Shall Bethel UP Church PCUSA be dismissed to the Evangelical Presbyterian Church?
Would you be willing to make cookies for the meeting on June 3.
