MALARIA KILLS... SEND A NET, SAVE A LIFE
Knox Student Ministries asks Bethel youth to participate in nationwide effort to eradicate malaria in Africa. We are helping by raising money to buy mosquito nets. Each net costs 10 dollars. See Jeremy Lutz.
 
DEACONS MILITARY BOXES
Deacons will be packing boxes on May 8 to send our Family & Friends of Bethel in Military Overseas. Pelase contact the Deacons with current names and addresses. There will be a basket in the coat room to put your donated items. Personnel items: toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, etc. Unscented wet ones, disposal cameras, DVD (comedy), beef jerky, wrapped candy, crackers (these are just some examples). Last day to bring items is May 4.
 
BLOOD DRIVE AT BETHEL
May 8, 1-7pm. Needed: helpers at the drive. Would like enough volunteers to make 2 shifts and lots of volunteers to donate blood! See Jon Laughner, Ron Hodge, or Betty Scott.
 
LADIES LUNCHEON
Saturday May 17, noon.
 
HOPE FOOD BANK
April, May, June, July: canned tuna, spam, etc. Cake mixes, frosting, pudding, jello.
 
AIDS CAREGIVER KIT BUILD
Sunday, April 20, 6-9pm. East Main Presbyterian Church, Fellowship Hall. Speaker: Mrs. Lister Namutowe Chingangu, a World Vision Zambia Caregiver.
East Main aims to give 500 kits more.
