Message - How To Testify
Scripture: John 1:19-28

October memory verse Psalm 147:5
Great is our Lord and mighty in power; his understanding has no limit

TODAY
The SACRAMENT OF THE LORD'S SUPPER will be observed during morning worship. Anyone who has been baptized in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and who is trusting in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior is welcome to partake. For children who have not yet publicly professed their faith, Bethel's practice is to allow them to participate, if in the judgement of their parents, they understood that Jesus died for their sins.

MISSIONS OF THE MONTH
INGRID RINEAU (SOUTH SUDAN)
Ingrid works in the Southern Sudan. The Sudan has been in turmoil and civil war for 30 yrs or more. It has unofficially split between North and South. The North is Arab speaking and ruled by Islamic. The South is mostly populated by native Africans and the official language is now English, with a largely Christian influence. She works with A.C.R.O.S.S. (A Christian Educational System) and Sudanese Presbyterian Church to set up and run a church sponsored education system. Due to the civil war, most basic system must be rebuilt. Ingrid had to return to America recently due to her mother's death. As she is ready to return she said beyond continued financial support, what she needs most is prayer for her and the Sudanese people.
