"Anyone who was unable to come to Dance Your Heart Out that would still like to see it: we are looking into showing the video of it in the church fellowship hall on Friday, April 29, at 7:30 pm. There is a sign-up sheet in the narthex. Contact Nathan Parrott with any questions."

SERMON TOPICS…..This summer I would like to take a few weeks to preach on passages or topics which are on your minds and hearts. So go ahead and write down your requests and put it in the container on the outside of my office door or send via e-mail. You can pick a particular verse, passage or question in general. I cannot guarantee that I will preach on all submissions but will do my best. Yes, I know this is only April but I like to plan ahead. -Thanks, Pastor Mark

New Membership Class ~ Come and explore if God is calling you to become a member at Bethel. We will look at several areas of what it means to be a Christian and an active disciple of Jesus Christ as a member of Bethel. If you are not certain if you are ready to join Bethel this is the place to help you make that decision. We will meet for 6 weeks during the Sunday School hour in the Pastor’s office beginning May 1. Please call the church office to inform us of your intention to join us.

AWANA
The youth in Bethel's Awana ministry would love to see your faith displayed as you spend about 20 minutes to teach them wisdom from Scriptures! To see other adults "working out their salvation" is an exciting experience to these children, and if you're thinking right now "But I don't know what or how to teach!" don't worry: Angelo has a book full of lessons that are easy, with step-by-step instructions on how to deliver it, and all the information you need!! See Angelo or call him 724-667-7218 if you're interested: you will be a blessing to the children!!

BETHEL FLOTILLA
Save the date: May 30 (Monday, Memorial Day weekend)! Emboldened by their past aquatic endeavors, Capt. Mark and fellow sailor Angelo are committed for yet another river trip, but this time the invitation is extended to all who would like to join! Leaving from Warren, PA (2.5 hour drive Northeast, north of Allegheny National Forest), this trip is about 15 miles long (5-6 hours downriver), following the Allegheny River, and ending at the Buckaloons Recreation Area. Cost is $50 per canoe or double kayak; $45 per single kayak; $25 if you bring your own boat. Paddlers must begin this trip no later than 9 a.m. The latest pickup is at 4:30 p.m. See Mark or Angelo if you plan to go or for details!
