There will be a congregational meeting today after 1st service to discuss and vote on the gas lease offer made to the church through
Coexpress. Last winter session asked the trustees to explore the gas leasing issue on behalf of the church; the trustees entered the church in the “Mt Jackson gas group” which is run by Coexpress. An offer has been made to the group that Coexpress is recommending its members except. The details of the agreement will be discussed at the beginning of the meeting followed by a question and answer period, and then a vote will be taken
Reformed Tradition 101
Recent events in our denomination have spurred a renewed interest in our Reformed heritage. The Elective Sunday School Class is hosting a series in the fundamentals of Reformed doctrine starting TODAY! It will be facilitated by Murat Tanyel and will last 7 weeks.
Sunday School Rotation: Sunday School classes for school age youth will move up TODAY! Please watch signs since we will reallocate classrooms according to size and needs.

AWANA IS BACK!!!
WHAT: Awana is a children's ministry that develops spiritually strong children and youth who faithfully follows Jesus Christ! Its activities offer a proven approach for evangelizing and disciplining kids in the church and community. WHO: Bethel's Awana is for children in grades K-6. HOW: Register your child by coming to our Opening Day Hay Ride on September 15th, 6:30pm at Bethel Church, or call 724-618-5488 to get in touch with Angelo Sun. Materials and uniforms are FREE for your child's first set! WHY: Your children have an awesome, fun-filled time with our staff while receiving discipleship training! FIRESIDE CHATS
Join the Tippin family around a bonfire at the manse. Come and enjoy fellowship and talk about nonsense, theology, Bible and denominational situations. Bring whatever you would like to cook over the fire, drinks and a lawn chair. The entire family is welcome. The fellowship will begin at 7:00PM on September 16 and September 18.
