CONGREGATIONAL MEETING
Notice: A congregational meeting has been called by the Session for today Sunday, November 6, 2011. Following worship, we will pause for a half hour to register to vote. During this half hour, there will be drinks and light refreshments in the fellowship hall. For those with young children, a nursery will be provided for the duration of the meeting. The congregational meeting will begin at 12:30PM. The purpose of the meeting is to vote on whether or not we will leave the PCUSA for the Evangelical Presbyterian Church.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

CANTATA PRACTICE
Christmas Cantata practice will start this Wednesday evening, November 9th at 7:00PM in the choir room until 8:00PM. Regular choir practice will run till 8:30PM.

BETHEL BAZAAR & YARD SALE
Saturday, November 12 at 9:00am at Bethel United Presbyterian Church Come shop at a huge indoor yard sale filled with over 20 families “treasures" Come hungry and eat the yummy food from the kitchen to help raise money for the PROJECT HOPE food bank.

A congregational meeting has been called for Sunday November 20th, 2011 after the 8:30 worship for the purpose of amending the Bethel Church by laws to require a 10% quorum for all congregational meetings, and to elect church officers for the Class ending 2014.
