There will be an informational meeting for the congregation today during the Sunday School Hour to put forth Session's reasons for recommending that Bethel UP Church be dismissed from the PCUSA to another Reformed body.

There will be a joint worship service on Sunday, March 25th at 11 am. Sunday School will start at 9:30 am.
Session has called a congregation meeting for March 25th, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to vote on Session's motion for Bethel UP Church to leave the Presbyterian Church USA to join another Reformed body.

Mission Committee meeting Monday, March 19, 2012 at 7:00PM.
A presentation and time for discussion on the Evangelical Covenant Order of Presbyterians and the Fellowship of Presbyterians will be held on Thursday, March 22 at First Presbyterian Church (Sharon) from 7 – 8:45 PM. This is a good opportunity to learn about one of the possible options for churches electing to leave the PC(USA)
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
On behalf of the congregation, CE committee is looking for volunteers to lead vacation bible school (VBS). Please contact Elder Tanyel if you feel the call to lead VBS.
EASTER FLOWERS…Deacons are taking orders for Tulips, Hyacinths and Easter Lilies. The cost is $6.00
Envelopes for ordering are on table in narthex and back of sanctuary. They may be placed in the offering plates or given to a Deacon.
Rehearsals have started for our special music for Palm Sunday. They are on Thursday nights at 6pm (right before AWANA). Anyone who plays a band instrument is welcome to join us! Contact Nathan Parrott with any questions.
